PRINT APPROVAL AGREEMENT

Terms and Conditions

This Print Approval Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between ("Provider") and ("Customer"). By signing this Agreement, the Customer agrees to the terms outlined below regarding the approval and payment for print services provided by the Provider.

1. Approval Process

1.1. The Provider will submit print proofs ("Proofs") to the Customer for review and approval.
1.2. The Customer is responsible for thoroughly reviewing the Proofs for accuracy, including but not limited to design, spelling, content, and layout.
1.3. Approval of the Proofs by the Customer shall be deemed final and binding.

2. Final Approval

2.1. Once the Customer approves the Proofs in writing (via email, DocuSign, or other documented methods), the approval is final and cannot be revoked.
2.2. Any subsequent changes requested by the Customer after approval may incur additional charges at the Provider's discretion.

3. Payment Obligations

3.1. Upon final approval, the Customer agrees to pay the full amount due for the print order, as specified in the invoice.
3.2. Payments must be made in accordance with the payment terms outlined in the invoice.
3.3. Non-payment after approval constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may result in legal action to recover the outstanding balance, along with any associated costs, including attorney fees.

4. Liability

4.1. The Provider is not liable for errors or omissions in the final print materials if those errors were present in the Customer-approved Proofs.

4.2. The Customer assumes full responsibility for any issues arising from inaccuracies in the approved Proofs.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1. Once the Customer has provided final approval, the order cannot be canceled, and the full payment is due.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through mediation or binding arbitration in the state of Texas, USA.
6.2. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Texas.

7. Entire Agreement

7.1. This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Customer concerning the subject matter and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By signing below, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
